Move from f2-210 to f2-220 or 221

I currently have an f2-210 , can I just move my disks into a f2-220 or 221 with out any transfer etc and all the data will be intact ?

No, you can't,
The system architecture of F2-210 is different from that of F2-220/F2-221.

In what way it’s different ? The disk should be standard Linux mdadm raid and standard Linux format I thought ? Is the OS installed on the raid disk as well ?

ARM devices and X86 devices have different motherboard architectures, kernels, systems, etc.
There are many Linux distributions, and X86 devices cannot recognize arrays created on ARM.
