Network Error on Playback

Painfully copied my movies from a Lunix server running Plex to F221NAS. I had to copy several times since the first transfer ended up disappearing after the library appeared complete. Once I re-copied the files, deleted and readded the library I cannot stream movies from any device or web interface. I now receive the following error.
Playback Error Cannot play <insert movie name>
Error code: s1001 (Network)
I cannot find any information on how to troubleshoot this error and resolve
I can reach the NAS and launch the Plex app from the NAS, see the files, etc. I just cannot play anything from the server running on the NAS
