Can't login

Two days ago everything is running really stable for 2 months, but since yesterday I can't login in my Nas (F2-210) anymore.

It keeps stuck at the loading screen before login. Sometimes after a reboot I can login for several minutes, but after those minutes it won't react anymore. I can ping the NAS and the TNAS app is seeing the NAS sometimes.

Ive reinstall the software with 4.2.8 and 4.2.7 by removing the harddisk and start. After the reinstall I can enter the NAS for a few minutes. But got the same problem.

I don't know what to do anymore. send a mail to the support as well, but hopefully someone can help me with this problem.

After the last installation I'm getting the message:

502 Bad Gateway

nginx/1.16.1

Hello,

You can reinstall the system first: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=744
After installation, use SMB, FTP or other methods to back up the TNAS hard disk data to other places.

Delete the existing volume and storage pool (all data will be deleted), then use the method 2 in the link below to install the system, and try to create another file system volume for use: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=423

If it still does not work, please send an email to our technical support team: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=608

Note: You need to perform the operation after backing up the data.

I've ordered a sata cable so I can format my harddrives.

After Formatting the harddisk and reinstalling TOS I think the problem is solved. Now I've to wait till the back-up is back on my NAS

Now 2 months further with no problems at all I've got the same problem again.
Now really annoyed by this system...

Is there a way to solve this problem. Every 2 months deleting my data is not a way to work with a nas.

Is there a way to copy all the data from the disks to an external harddrive?
I've used raid 1 with BTRFS
