qBittorrent app. CLI?

Is there a CLI for the qBittorrent app in TOS? You can install one on Windows I am not sure if there is one built in the TOS app since it's all web based. If there is I assume you can interact with it in an SH script?

I don't see it as part of the qBittorrent TOS package.
But i can create 3rd party package that can be installed in TOS
