Remotely access db MariaDB

I don't know how to access or configure my F-421 NAS from a website to my MariaDB-created database. Could someone help me?

Can you access TOS normally after you turn on the remote?
Can you remotely access the database after using a router to map port 3306 for your tnas local network IP?
Such as:
http://XXXXXXXXX.ddns.net:3306/3.0/lib/plugins/adminer/

The NAS can be accessed either by web on the desktop or by using PLEX. I don't have any more stuff at the time.
