High CPU usage cause by unknown processes; I suspected It could be plex / onedrive since I updated these services recently but after stopping these the problem still persists.

I can see rclone / kswapd0 processes are being spam but can't find the root cause

I investigated a bit more and seems rclone was launched by the process ondrivecloud however no network activity was happening and no files were being dowloaded

Hello,
Your TNAS may have a virus, you need to reinstall the system.
Restoring factory settings and reinstalling the system will not delete your data, but you cannot delete or recreate volumes and storage pools during the process.
Before restoring the factory settings, you can back up important data and export the corresponding data in the user and user group of the control panel.
Then you can refer to the method in the following link: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=423
If it still doesn't work, you can send an email to our technical support team.
