SSH and SFTP not logged

Hi, I often use SFTP and SSH to connect to the nas, however the logs do not appear.
Nothing appears in the FTP section either.
If someone uses SFTP, the login message appears in the HTTP section

You need to refresh the TOS page to see the latest SSH login record.

Hello,
I tried but it still doesn't work.
I have F-221 with 4.2.08
If necessary, I can make a video of the steps that I perform. In general or:
1. I open the web interface, connect to ssh and then go to the registry
2. I connect to SSH and then go to the registry
I also tried to refresh the page
