F4-210 11.72 MBps in RAID5 - Normal?

Wondering if my AFP file transfer speed is normal or if it should be quicker.
F4-210
3x 10TB WD Red in RAID5
Max transfer speeds I see with AFP is 11.72 MBps (Wi-fi to router or cat5 to router)
RAM.CPU. HDD resources are not in high demand.
Are these normal speeds or should I get more?
Thanks

Hello,
Have you tried to transfer data multiple times? Are the results the same?
You can try to transfer data after restarting the NAS and computer.
You can refer to the following: viewtopic.php?f=75&t=527

If you find that your TNAS files are transferred (read/write) at a speed far lower than the official test value, your device or network connection is probably functioning abnormally. Please follow the instructions below to eliminate all potential abnormalities:
1. The computer is connecting through a wireless network: If you transfer data via a wireless network, the transfer speed will be greatly reduced. To guarantee an adequate transfer speed, a wired network is recommended.
2. Network rate: Please check whether the current network rate is 1,000 Mbps or 100 Mbps.

3. Hard drive failure: If the hard drive in your TNAS device fails, the data transfer speed will be affected.
4. Network fault: Please check whether the connections at the network cable, router, and switch port are in good condition.
5. Computer fault: If the computer is infected by a network virus or the computer network card fails, the data transfer speed will be affected.

Thanks. The network rate is only 100Mb. Is there a way to change this via TOS?

Hello,
You can try to re-plug the network cable several times, if it still does not work, please try to restart the device.

I have unplugged and restarted.
Trying a new router and I now get
17MBs down (From NAS to Mac)
42MBs up (Mac to NAS)

I'm using the Huawei B535-232 CAT7 router with Gigabit LAN.

I'm still not sure if these are expected speeds of if I should be troubleshooting at all.
What is the approximate real world bottleneck of the F4 210 in RAID5?
Thanks

Hi,
1.Can you tell me which TOS version you are using and file system?
2.Whether the MAC and TNAS are connected to the router by wired or wireless connection? How about the performance of your router?

Just for comparison

NAS to PC mine seems to be throttled to 45mb/s (6TB Barracuda to a 256gb SSD)
PC to NAS seems to fluctuate between 70 - 100mb/s (256gb SSD to a 6TB Barracuda)

which sounds strange that the hard drive on the nas drive is faster at writing than it is reading? but i am putting this down to the fact its not a supported hard drive in the NAS Drive, although i am fairly certain when i originally had the unit back in July i was getting 110mb both ways

(My previous post should read Mbs, not MBs)

TOS 4.2.07
ext4
My usual setup is wired to powerline to wi-fi - but the speeds are the same going wired to the router, or wireless to router, including on other devices (ios).
I don’t know how to assess router performance. The router has no other users, so there is no other traffic.
Thanks

I'm still none the wiser. :?
What sort of speeds should I expect in this case?

Hi,
1. Does the computer and TNAS equipment use a gigabit network?
2. Is your route a 100M network?
