HIgh CPU Usage After Update

After the update my CPU usage is constantly around 100% and a task of seeming random characters is the process with the highest usage. After restarting the issue continues, but the process name is a new set of random characters.

Hi, it is recommended to download Clam AntiVirus in the application center to check for viruses? If the CPU usage is always too high, please send an email to contact technical support.
