we use TOS 4.1.24 on our F5-420.

The system wont do the manual update to 4.1.27, it always tell us that the software package will be extractet (ca. 2 minutes), and then nothing happens. Just waited 20 minutes

CPU ist down on 5%, so i think it do not work ...

We dont have Version 3.x, we have 4.1.24

Yes,you only need to upgrade to 4.1.27（from 4.1.24）.
