Add option to remove/mute beep on startup/shutdown

@TMSupport Could you please update controls and allow option to remove/mute beep on startup/shutdown This beep is so loud it sometimes wakes me up in my small apartment. The "Mute the buzzer" button on TOS Desktop does not do anything when clicked.

If I'm reading this
thread correctly, TM is already working on it. I hope we get it sooner rather than later.

Yes，
We have developed this feature, but it has not been tested yet. We should add this feature in a version after TOS 4.2.08.
