Cannot connect to F2-210 with web browser or SMB file after resetting system configuration

I have reset the system configurations on the F2-210 after a system upgrade and after that, I saw a brief message in the web browser page, saying "fatal error" referring to database. I didn't pay attention to the details. (I installed MariaDB on the device an hour ago but was never able to access the DB with the default username "root" and the password, so I thought I'd better reset the system configurations.)
Then I can't use the device any more.
After clicking "Login" on the TNAS app on Windows, my web browser says the device cannot be connected. I have tried Firefox and Chrome.
Alternatively, through file://192.168.1.xxx on my windows or the "Locations" on Mac, I can't access the device or files either.
I only bought the device recently and started to set up the system. But now it seems like the system is completely gone from the network.
Please help.
