Unable to login tnas mobile

I have been trying to login via tnas mobile app.

However I can't log in. I followed faq.

My cellphone is galaxy s9+ and app is latest version.

When trying to log in, it says the user name or password is incorrect. Please try again.

I tried to log in with Ipad5 and app is latest version.

It says, illegal request, timeout!

And "Tnas.online/myID" directs to 192.168.0.2 but It doesn't work. If I put 192.168.0.2:8181, it works.

Please fix these problems.

Hi,
Is the time on the TOS system desktop consistent with the computer time, try update it manually?

Why can't you just upload the 2.4.4 - WORKING!! - version to GooglePlay.
This app is causing a bad reputation for your company.

Hi, the app has an unknown issue on the GooglePlay, which is already under investigation. It is recommended to download and install it on the official website temporarily.Refer this link and scan the QR code https://support.terra-master.com/downlo ... uct=F2-210

First of all, please make sure that the app has network access. If you are in a local area network, you can only search for devices on the same network segment. If you are on an external network, please make sure that tnas. online is turned on, and search and log in with TNAS ID. In addition, can tnas pc search the TNAS?
