Automatic power on

Hello,
I'm running my MacPro late 2013 running Big Sur via a Master-Slave power strip and I've connected my new Terramaster D5 thunderbolt 3 as slave besides other devices.
When starting the MacPro the Terramaster will not switch on automatically. I have to switch the Terramaster manually on.
Is it possible, to get it automatically running on when the Terramaster is connected to the power?
