Has anyone experienced any problems with the current Plex Media Server (1.20.5.3600) offered by Terra-Master ??

I am currently running PMS Version 1.18.6.2368 on my F4-220 (TOS 4.2.07) without any problems for at least the last 30 days. Just curious if you guys think I should update to the latest PMS??

Thanks for any insights . . .

Thanks @sianderson . . .

One other question - did you have any issues with the actual update to the latest PMS ??

After resolving initial issues updating to TOS v4.2.07-2012241608, I am having consistent problems with current Plex version. Note, I never had this problem on previous NAS device and no problem with previous TOS version on this device.

It appears about 12+ hours of not using Plex, I have to login to TNAS, open Plex app which states something to the effect "Please wait configuring....". After about a minute or less Plex works on my devices.

Request advise!

I have that exact issue.

Since the latest update Plex is shutting down daily and requires logging into the NAS to wake it back up.

i didn't think so, it all went through fine and was playing content, however i have recently found it was not adding new content only able to see and play old stuff, i tried to uninstall the app and delete the plex user folder and set it up but then it just wouldn't see the files (it saw folders but no files inside them), i have since switched to the DLNA Media Server and this seems to be much easier and quicker to use, i may just need to convert some files into suitable formats for it where as PLEX just handled it

all i want is to be able to play media files on my TV's so i think DLNA Media server is the way for me to go now that i have ditched an old bluray network player and upgraded the TV to a smart one as that bluray player doesn't see any content from the DLNA Media server but did from PLEX
