Could not remotely access using TNAS ID

I tried to set up TNAS ID to remotely access my F4-210, but got “Error, please try again!” every time. I’ve tried three different ID names and no luck. I’ve also tried both computer and mobile app, still not successful. Would anyone know what’s going on?

Is your NAS connected to the network correctly? You can tell from the "Internet" of the floating window in the lower right corner. When you set TNAS. Online, is there a prompt "Rigistered stered "? Also, please tell us your TOS and TNAS mobile versions.
