I can connect via ssh or web server to NAS, but NAS is not connected to internet.
TOS is 4.1.30
I have tried automatic (DHCP) and manual network configuration
Intenet connection doesn't work.
I can't install or update applications ....

Please DNS set 8.8.8.8.

To connect the NAS to internet, please do as follows:
Go to TOS Control Panel – Network Services – Network – Network Interface – Click on LAN 1 and click on Edit – choose Use network settings below
Please set the IP address according to these of your computer. The 1st 3 digits (below is 10.18.8) should be the same as these of your computer. The 4th digit (below is 102) should be the one that is not occupied by others.
“Subnet mask” and “Default gateway” should be the same as these of your computer’s.

My computer connects internet
PC Configuration:
IP: 192.168.0.50
netmask:255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 4.4.4.4

NAS doesn't:
IP: 192.168.0.9
netmask:255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS1: 8.8.8.8
DNS2: 4.4.4.4

The Webserver connection is also connected via the Internet.
Can you describe in detail how you can't connect to the Internet?
Just can't connect through the Web or something else?

I can connect via ssh to 192.168.0.9 or using a browser to 192.168.0.9 (from my computer in local network)
I can ping from NAS to my computer or vicecersa.
When connected to NAS via ssh: no response when doing nslookup or pings to google.

Please check if any settings on router blocks it.

Router didn't block. NAS blocked.
Fixed, but I don't like the adopted solution. Removed NAS firewall rules.

Just got my F2-422 setup and the Internet was connected. Day 2 and it no longer connects. I tried the above with no luck.

Actually mine is a F4-422 if that makes any difference...
