F2-220 won't get IP address

Hello.

This afternoon I notice my F2-220 interface was responding a bit slow. I was going to reboot it later only to realise is not responding. Power button didn't do anything to shut it off, so I unplugged it and plugged it back. Now I am stuck with the NAS not responding to its IP (tried pinging my custom IP, its factory IP 192.168.1.100 and TNAS PC APP recently downloaded). I tried to boot it without disk but no luck. I also tested different cables, different ports in the router and NAS, and trying to connect from different devices. The router won't find the MAC in the LAN clients table. As I said, I tried swaping the port and cables with another device that is working but same effect. Also rebooted the router but nothing.

Do you any test you can suggest to help me solve my issue? LEDs are looking fine, HDD green, LAN blinking green, and Power green.

Thank you.

Please find the label at the bottom of the device and send back the S/N and model number you find here.
According to your description, the symptoms does not seem to be equal to the LED indicators' status.
Please reboot your device, and check all the LED indicators status and take a photo in return.
Also please reboot your device without any hard drives, and check the HDD indicators' status in return. Thank you.

Hi again.

I was doing what you requested, and in the first reboot with HDD, it suddenly decided to start working. I don't understand how since I already did this several times but there it is. If I get this issue in the future I will answer you here with the info you requested.

Thank you.

Hi.

The problem came back. S/N-A Y200700779 - Model F2-221
That time that booted up when I opened this topic, I heard a couple bips if I remember correctly. Now isn't doing it.
I manage to get the LAN led up in the photos but its actually flashing.

Triend leaving it all night turned off and turned on in the morning. Same result. My guess is that is stuck booting but with a screen directly to it, can't know for sure.

Thank you.

Could you TNAS be detected when it's booted without any hard drives?

Tried that, same result as with booting with hard drives.

Please find the label at the bottom of the device and send back the S/N and model number in return, it will be appreciated if you can take a picture to show us here.
It seems that your model number may be F2-210, but not F2-220.

Thanks for the picture. So F2-221 could not be detected by TNAS PC without HDDs inserted?

Correct. To give more info, all of this happens with or without HDD. The front button for power the NAS on/off doesn't respond to shutdown at the NAS current state. I can't turn it off. The only way I can do it is by removing the power cable. If I plug the cable back on, it automatically powers on. Aside from the fan, I hear no sound/bip (like when a PC does the POST, I remember this NAS doing it when It booted properly but I might be wrong).

Another thing I notice is that the LAN led only lights on when the ethernet is connected to the bottom port. If I connect it to the upper one, the LAN led stays off.

Also tried to boot the NAS leaving it without power cable all night and booting it in the morning with or without HDD, but same result on both ocassions.
