F5-221 - Issues Creating Second RAID-1 Volume

Model: F5-221

I have a RAID-0 volume of 2 disks (2x 2TB)and wanted to add a second RAID-0 volume of 2 disks (2x 3TB). I have created the Storage Pool but cannot create the volume as this is greyed-out.

Have I missed a step here? The disks are confirmed compatible (both WD WD30EFRX), I have removed and given both a low-level format, but same result.

The new storage pool states "Storage Allocation: No valid data" ?

TOS version 4.1.30-2008051459

I realise now the title of this thread says RAID-1 - this is an error. To clarify, I am currently only using RAID-0
