4K streaming not working F2-421

Hello, I got this new NAS and I am experiencing consistent stuttering on some 4K movies, and I am unable to figure out what is the cause. Regarding the network, everything is wired together with ethernet 1gb cable, no wifi. The disks are in RAID1, and I tried with Plex, Emby and Multimedia Server with the same result.
I contacted the help desk, here the answer: "It is recommended that you download to your computer to watch the 4K video.
You consistent stuttering on some 4K titles when watching the video on TOS. The performance has not reached very good results, so there will be a little lag, I hope you can understand."
So it seems that I bought the wrong NAS to use for 4K streaming?
