Web Access - Unable to Launch Event

Using a TNAS F4-210:

Received "unable to launch event" message when trying to remote view an AVI file on my android phone.

Please provide a solution so I can share family videos with friends and family.

On the Android phone, the AVI file may not support the current opening method, please clear the default settings and try other powerful decoding software, such as VLC, nplayer, oplayer, etc.
