Slow copying files to F4-422

Tested with:
Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 PCs
QNAP 419P 3 x ST8000DM004-2CX188 (Raid 5)
F4-422 1 x ST8000DM004-2CX188
Folders containing files of 1 - 4GB files) = 6Gb to 32GB


Tested:

F4 to PC = 80MB/s
PC to F4 = starts at 80MB/s then drops and bounces around in low MB/s ...eventually drops to 0KB/s - may pickup again to 5MB or fail completely with a Network error - Retry\Cancel

QNAP to PC = 80MB/s
PC to QNAP = 25MB/s

QNAP to F4 via Windows = bounces around 25 - 40MB/s, then down to 0KB/s and occasionally fails with network error and Retry\Cancel
F4 to QNAp = 25MB/s

Copying to PC or QNAP is fine. Issue happens with copying from PC or QNAP to F4, therefore issue is the F4.
Any suggestions?

Is it ok to let the engineer remotely check it for you? You can send an email to support(at)terra-master.com, and our engineer will work on it.

Even the speed you tested on QNAP is lower than normal value. You better check your network, and try to change your LAN cable or hard drive and try again.

By the way, are you using a WiFi connection?
