Can't Load SMB - No workgroup/domain

Hi - I restarted my NAS today and SMB went down. I tried to launch it again but when I click the checkbox to enable it and apply it asks I populate a workgroup or domain but the input text box is greyed out and I can't type anything in. I can no longer access my shared folders from any other computer or devices. Any idea how do enable SMB again?
