Hi,

My Terramaster D5-300 is not anymore accessible ( not mounted) since the upgrade from Mac OS Catalina to OS Big Sur.

Raid Manager indicate not disk.

How to solve this problem ?

Due to Mac upgrade of Big Sur 11.0, many merchants' products are not compatible.
1. We suggest that you wait for us to update the RAID client program, you need to pay attention to our official download center to release the new version.
2. Or you can choose to downgrade the Mac version to 10.15.
