Hello

for testing i installed a 500 GB HDD und some TOS apllications ( clam AV, Docker )
After changing Test HDD to regular NAS HDD (seagate Ironwolf 4TB) all the TOS applications are gone.
So i upgrade to TOS 4.1.30 but nothing changed.

Today i do a reinstallation with TOS 4.2.06 but the application come not back.
I go back to TOS 4.1.32 but no luck.

Please help

Please make sure whether tnas is connected to the Internet and whether the network settings are correct?

thanks for reply.

NAS was connected to internet but ip was was in access restrictet ip-range.
so i changed the ip adress for F2-210.

Now looks fine.

I'm having a similar problem. After I cleared up a situation where the NAS wasn't recognizing the two surviving disks from a RAID5 array as... well, having anything useful on them and being addressable, I have the RAID repaired, and things are normal... except, no apps.

Like, the system knows they WERE there, but they don't have icons, if I click them, it says they need to be updated, and if I agree, it goes to an app page that's blank and I can't do anything on.

For reference: I'm still backing up the NAS to make sure this doesn't happen again (i.e. next time I can just wipe everything and start over if necessary), but I've tried everything except turning it off and on again. Network access doesn't seem to be a problem, but I wouldn't know how to diagnose it if it were. It downloaded and installed the TOS on its own last night...

You mentioned that you have changed the HDD. So is the 500 GB HDD inserted still?

just bought f4-422 installed a hdd set it up but no apps my f4-210 works fine could you help or where can i get the plex tpk and ill put on my self

Hi, try modify your DNS to 8.8.8.8(TOS control panel>Network config ).

ive tried that and its still the same
