Need help to confirm how to enable hardware transcoding on Docker Manager Contariner Jellyfin (Solved)

Since I have already setted up Jellyfin with Docker Manager image/container, someone told me to do the following to edit the container steps to enable hardware transcoding:

1) Enable high permission to execute the container. (This is below the Enviroment Variables)

2) click the Add button in the Environment Variables section and type in these exact fields:

PUID 1000
PGID 1000
TZ America/Toronto (or your actual local timezone city)

3) Goto Jellyfin and turn on Intel QuickSync inside Jellyfin settings.

Is this correct since I have no experience with Jellyfin and F4-424 with Docker manager. Thanks in advance.

Does not matter as long as the log is now the right time, it was about 8 hours ahead.

Finally found out how to do it, need to create a project and add the following to it and only need to change to adjust it to your settings, it is working now.
