[Help] Terrasync server keeps stopping

Since TOS7, terrasync server stops and has to be re-enabled.
This happens ater a reboot and also when the system is u and running, the client loses connection and when checking the server via Apps, I have to client the enable button.
The server then starts and uses all of the CPU and Memory.
Today when I checked, it had been stopped for a few days, I clicked enable and it started.
COU 100%, Memory 95% or more.
I let it run and came back after a few hours and it had stopped again.
Once it has done what it does and the system is back to normal, the client reconnects and starts to process the updated files.
Even whilst processing, the CPU goes back to 100 and memory is also 95% and the client disconnects .
This loop goes untill the client is up to date.
I do not recall this happening under TOS6.
See screenshot.

From your system monitoring screenshots, the TerraSyncServer process is consuming excessive CPU resources and nearly 6.4 GB of RAM, causing memory usage to exceed 95% and leading to the service stopping.
To help our technical team analyze and locate the root cause, could you please provide the following details and export the logs:
1. Version Information:
- Your specific TOS version (e.g., TOS 7.0.xxx)
- TNAS-PC desktop client version
2. Diagnostic Report & Logs:
- Go to TOS Desktop > Support & Help > Issue Report to generate and download the system diagnostic report.
- Refer to the guide images to export both the TerraSync Server logs and TNAS-PC Client logs.
- Send the system diagnostic report and logs to our technical support email: support(at)terra-master.com.
- Please be sure to include the link to this forum thread and your Forum ID in the email so our support team can correlate and track your case.
Thank you for your cooperation and support!

After running for awhile, the RAM fills up and then the swap file fills us, once this happens, it will then disable itself and sometimes the system cannot be contacted and requires a shutdown and restart

Would you tell how many folder and files running on your terrasync task? And what size RAM installed on your tnas? just want to understand the situation.

Hi,
RAM is currently 8GB which will be increased to 32GB in the next few days.
Depends on the task, one task has 4,633 folders consisating of 15,544 files.
Another tasks has 57 files.
The largest tasks has 20,095 folders and approx 138,000 files.
So there is quite a range.
I just tried the task with 57 files (27 files to be updated and it still ram out of RAM and 100% CPU.

Just a follow up in case it helps.
I added 32GB RAM (total 40GB).
Once the RAM reached 100% and the RAM Cache was nearly 0 and the swap file got full, the cilent lost connection.
