Hello, since I upgraded to 4.2.XX my nas become inaccessible ...
After a restart, the memory used keeps increasing for no reason (no application launched)
Samba shares are inaccessible, ssh connection is impossible (freeze after password). After a few minutes or seconds the web interface stops responding.

Can you tell us the NAS model, the version before the upgrade, and what commonly used applications are installed for us to troubleshoot problem.

if you look in control panel, resource monitor, process you can order the grid by Memory, that will show you what process is using the ram

The Tnas model is a F4-422, the version before was 4.1.30 if i remember.
The commonly use application was ISCSI target and docker. I have already check the applications and nothing use the ram ( i use top )
I reset to factory default the OS and the follow the procedure on this page :

Now i just have the loading screen and nothing happen.

Can you post some screenshots for us to troubleshoot problem?

After multiple trying of re-installation the loading screen get stuck after the reboot in the installation process.

Change your browser to Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox, do not use Windows IE.

I am using firefox, i tried with chrome and edge.
I have clear cache multiple time, and try reinstalling multiple time

This is weird! I did not see such issue before, please email to our tech team and ask for help.

Is it possible to have the installation package for 4.2.06 ? not the upgrade one
