Hi,

this is a really silly question, but i have copied data from a usb to the nas drive hard drive so i get the File Task program that showed me the progress
this is now showing as complete, how do i get rid of it?

as they are complete i can not cancel them from the list and cancel all doesnt do anything (again because they are complete)
i can click the x on the window, but the icon stays in the top bar at the top?

Can you post some screenshots for us to troubleshoot problem?

the file icon always now appears, it only appeared once i did a copy (it didnt show before) and presumably on a reboot of the nas drive it will go away again? its not a problem if it stays just thinking it shouldnt be there unless theres a copy in progress?

i have a few tasks that show as being complete, but is there no way to clear these?

Did you mean you like to have a button to clean all file task records?

Yes now I have rebooted the nas drive it doesn’t show the file task icon at the top, surely I don’t have to reboot after every time I copy things from the desktop to actually close the application?

The reserved icon display is to let the user confirm whether the file transfer is complete. We will consider adding a clear record button and let the icon disappear.
