Now is it because it is a new month or a new version of TOS 7 (1169). I don't see any prior entries on the log screen. I see entries for Sept 1st for certain jobs that ran today, that's it.

This example shows it ran on Aug 27th.

BTW where is the location of the rsync logs anyway?

Thank you for your feedback!

1. Missing Logs:

A standard system update does not normally cause logs to disappear. We will continue to monitor this situation and attempt to reproduce the issue you reported.

2. Rsync Log Locations:
  • Task History & Execution Records: Stored in /etc/tos/rsyncLog/rsync.db
  • Detailed Logs: Stored in /Volume1/@rsync

I have a different job that runs everyday at 9am. What I can try is change the log retention from 30 days to 3 days and then see what happens this Friday. Also those retention settings are per job or are those universal for all RSYNC jobs?

The log storage settings apply to all Rsync tasks.
