F5-422 upgraded to TOS 6.0.794 – NAS no longer accessible on any network

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for help with my TerraMaster F5-422 after upgrading from TOS 5 to TOS 6
Hardware
* Model: TerraMaster F5-422
* Current TOS Version: 6.0.794
* BIOS/initBoot Version: MAPL0301V06
* Two network interfaces:
* 1GbE
* 10GbE
What happened
I upgraded the NAS from TOS 5 to TOS 6.0.794. The upgrade completed successfully, and the system reports no further updates.
However, after rebooting, the NAS connected to network I configured my both my port and gave a static IP for 10GbE and shifted my data around.
Then I turned it off, then when I turned it on it became inaccessible on network, after multiple restart it managed to connect again and now it's not connecting at all.
Current problem
* The NAS is not accessible over either the 1GbE or 10GbE network ports.
* TerraMaster NAS Assistant cannot discover the NAS despite same witch, router and network.
* I cannot access the web interface using the previous IP address.
* I cannot ping the previous IP address.
* The LAN cables are connected and the link LEDs appear normal.
* The NAS powers on normally and appears to boot without any obvious errors.
Additional information
* Before the upgrade, both network ports worked correctly.
* The storage pool and data have not been intentionally modified.
* The update screen before losing access showed:
* TOS 6.0.794
* BIOS/initBoot MAPL0301V06
* No available updates
My primary concern is restoring network access without risking the existing RAID array and data.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
