Hi

So you have released the new version of TNAS Mobile that only works on TOS 6 and above however my F5-422 will only run on TOS 5 so does this now mean that I can no longer run the TNAS app on my iphone as I do not have the older version. And unlike the android version which you could sideload if you were so inclined this is not possible with IOS and your link for the older software just takes me to the app store

Any advice or help would be appreciated and hopefully you are releasing the older version to the app store under a different name ? or is it a case of your NAS is too old and we would prefer you to buy a new one?

As far as I know the F5-422 model is capable of running Tos6/7 although you may have to update the o/s partition space if that was not done for TOS5. What version of Tos5 are you on?

Or you may check under TOS control panel>overview>"/" if it's 8GB displayed as well as your BIOS version is between V16 and V22

then you can work with TNAS mobile V3.5

Thank you both for the above. I am using the older compatible version at this time, until I have enough time to look at my NAS and the fact that the upgrade process will mean me having to look at my 3rd party apps and also plex etc. Plus I need to work out what I need to fully backup but this will help in the meantime
