[Help] TerraMaster F2-424 Not Accessible After File Transfer

Hello,
I got a TerraMaster F2-424 a few weeks ago and have almost finished transferring all of my media onto it.
Recently, I've been ripping a lot of DVDs to my C: drive and then moving them over to the TerraMaster, and the whole process has been smooth and hassle-free. However, the last time I tried to transfer a movie, I couldn't open the TerraMaster (Z: drive) in File Explorer—it just kept loading indefinitely.
I clicked on it a few times when I probably should have just waited, but I don't think I clicked excessively enough to cause any problems. Since then, I haven't been able to access the NAS either remotely (over mobile data) or through my home Wi-Fi, even though the NAS is connected to the network via Ethernet.
I've also noticed that the TerraMaster is no longer making its usual operating noise. Instead, it has developed a rougher, unusual sound, which has me quite worried.
I left it alone for a few hours hoping it would sort itself out, but there are still no signs of improvement. Can anybody help? I have a lot of important files and media stored on it, and losing that data would be a major problem.
