I was able to find information about updating the BIOS for other models here and here. Does anyone know where to get a suitable update for the F6-424 Max? Thanks in advance.

A couple weeks ago I bought an F6-424 Max. Unfortunately, it randomly crashed twice within the first 30 days of running it. (With low/no CPU usage) I returned it, as well as the RAM and SSD I was using with it. (To take those out of the equation)

Sorry, I didn't take down the BIOS version before I returned it, but I've ordered a new one so I'll share that once I get it running.

I didn't see anything in the logs that suggested a cause of the crashes, so I wanted to see if an updated BIOS would help.

One other separate issue, is that I noticed when running off a live Linux ISO, the fans only run at their lower speed and didn't speed up with more CPU usage / temperature which eventually led to overheating, but that issue is less of a priority.

Currently, there is no available BIOS update for the F6-424 Max. Based on your description, the previous device crashes were likely related to overheating. If any new devices are experiencing similar issues, please contact us and we will assist you in troubleshooting.

May I ask if you have removed TOS and installed a third-party operating system instead?
