[Help] Shared Folder Recycle Bin

Hey guys,
I am currently using TOS version 5.1.145-00320.
I created a shared folder and enabled the Recycle Bin feature for it. I also enabled SMB File Service for access within my local office network.
My intended setup is to allow normal users to delete files through SMB while still having those files moved to the recycle bin instead of being permanently deleted. However, I want the recycle bin itself to remain accessible only to administrators, so regular users cannot browse or restore deleted files freely.
Is there any way to configure this behavior properly on TOS 5?
For example, allowing SMB users to trigger recycle operations, but restricting direct access to the "#recycle" folder itself.
