On the Terra-master website, under Support then Downloads, there are no downloads listed for my model, F4-220. Does anyone know if this model is still being supported????

As the new download center just online, and F4-220 is end of life, so we did not list its download there, but definitely, it still in supporting service.
you can choose model F4-221 by instead, they have the same download list.

I also noticed that my model F2-220 is also not listed in the download drop down menu. Is the F2-220 now considered "end of life"?? If yes, which model should I choose in order to download the latest TOS??

Nope - I am currently using TOS 4.1.30 on my F2-220. Just wanted to make sure that I can keep the TOS updated to the latest as much as possible . . .

Of course you can keep the TOS updated to the latest for a very long time. However, it may not be able to meet very few individual applications and functions in terms of performance

We have added the models F2/4/5-220/420 to the new download center.
