ClusSync app

Hello,
I would like to report a problem and limitation with the CloudSync application on TerraMaster NAS.
Currently CloudSync only allows synchronization of a maximum of 5 folders, which is very limiting when working with large amounts of data and many directories. I previously used NAS devices from other brands, and there was no folder limit, so this restriction on TerraMaster is a big problem for me.
I do not want to use Rclone or terminal-based solutions. I need a normal built-in application with a graphical interface directly in TOS, just like on other NAS systems.
I need the ability to synchronize all folders from my NAS without artificial limitations.
Please consider:
* removing the 5-folder limit,
* adding unlimited folder synchronization,
* improving CloudSync stability for large numbers of files.
My NAS model: TerraMaster F4-425 Plus
Thank you.

Regarding your statement that CloudSync can only sync a maximum of five folders, we need to verify which cloud storage you are using and how you configured the settings to address this limitation. Please provide a screenshot of your sync task configuration so we can verify your issue.

We have not found this restriction when using OneDrive. You can try using a different account or check if you have enabled OneDrive account restrictions.

I noticed that the TerraMaster CloudSync application for OneDrive is marked as “unverified” in the Microsoft authorization window.
The application also requests full access to all OneDrive files, while Microsoft shows:
* “unverified”
* no publisher verification
* no privacy policy links
Other NAS brands usually have verified Microsoft applications.
Will TerraMaster verify the CloudSync application with Microsoft in the future? It would improve user trust and security.
I also hope CloudSync will support unlimited folder synchronization in the future because the current folder limitation is inconvenient for large-scale backups and sync tasks.

What type of OneDrive account are you using? (For example: Personal, Business/Education, or Microsoft 365 Family?)

There are a few points we could discuss mutually. For example, CloudSync is an application that runs on TOS, not on Windows. Why, then, would it need to go through Microsoft’s verification? And when you’re using TerraMaster products, would there still be a concern about trusting applications officially released by TerraMaster?
