What media device and software are you using? Export the log of the multimedia server and send it to us.

Can disable that to see if things improve?

Go to the App Center to find TerraSearch and click "Disable".

So why would the TNAS media server keep terminating itself as soon as any device tries to read a file? And sometimes, which no contact at all? This has only happened with this 5.1.24 update, no problem with accessing media remotely before the update!

And yes, i have tried re-starting both TNAS.

Same, after NAS reboot, I have to manually enable Plex. When is this going to be fixed?
