I try to install de latest version in a F-221 but still seeing the previously version. I try to delete and reinstall the PKG but is the same. Always the version installed is the Beta 1.29.0.6244.

The version you see in the App Center is the version available on TM server. The manually installed version you can see it on the Plex Web interface

You need to stop posting these … @outkastm does this in their spare time, voluntarily; if they use Plex, they are likely aware there's an update available.
If you want expedited updates, maybe it's time for you to learn how to do this yourself or convince Plex to maintain their own application on TOS 5.

Emby quickly released their package for TOS 5.0, Emby is a good choice too.
