Can I get a Tnas 5.0 person to log on to my computer to see why Tnas5.012 will not fine my f 220 drive. I have checked the firewall and its seems to be fine. I can get to my drive through windows explorer file manager and the internet address but can't access the drive though tnas5.012

We did receive some numbers of bug from beta test participants. we will resolve these bugs before the system finally released. it needs months from now.

May I know what version TOS running on your tnas?
is your tnas working fine? can you find your tnas on your TNAS mobel app or from your router?

With Beta i have no access to my shared folder. I must enter name and password but have activated the guest account. Thats strange.

Have you tried clearing your login information and trying again ? Does double-clicking work when it is found that the shared folder is not password-protected on the nearby network ?

If I enter the IP or want to access the Samba share of the NAS via Windows Explorer, then I should enter the user name and password. The guest account is also activated.

Ok so the latest issues with TOS 5.0 (5.0.62-0007) I have encountered are:
1. App Centre is not opening anymore. (I have tried restarting NAS, tried different browsers and different Computers, but nothing when I clock the icon).
2. The same happens for Control Panel, Backup, and Remote access.
3. iTunes server does not accept any other folders than Public (Wont see Multimedia)

This version seems to be the worst one so far. I am off to reinstall TOS 5.0 beta for the 5th time to see what happens.

With 5.0.62 i did not have such problems, but today updated from 5.0.62 to 5.0.67: It restarted without login screen, apps, settings,etc. giving empty screens.
I restarted and NAS was unreachable (smb off, web shows spinner) for nearly one hour with much harddisk activity. After this it works, but most settings and services are on defaults and has to be reconfigured. Plex not working once again, uninstall and reinstall solved. It's a beta.

I have search for the Shutdown button in new TOS. It's translated to "Schließen" in the german language but that wrong, the correct translation is "Herunterfahren".
