You can easily stop Google Play from automatically updating this specific app by following these steps:
- Open the Google Play Store and search for the app to open its page.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Uncheck "Enable auto-update".
This will pin the app to your current version and prevent any future automatic updates. Hope this helps!

Hi
I'm considering upgrading but I'm wondering what is meant by:
'all previous system configurations will be cleared.'
What exactly does this mean? Will my file structures still remain? Will my users still be present? or am i starting from complete scratch?

The term "system configuration" in this context refers to all components excluding data storage. As with a system reset, this procedure will clear the user list and various system settings; however, it will not affect any data‑related storage structures, including the file system, LVM configuration, or RAID array metadata.

Previously, the CyberPower 600EI was listed as compatible, but it is no longer available on the website — should we replace the equipment?

Hi.
Please note that the UPS compatibility list is provided as a reference only, based on observed performance, protocol compatibility, and user feedback.
It is not intended to imply that only the listed models are supported.
We've removed a number of models from the old list that are hard to find these days.
If your CyberPower 600EI is working fine, you don't have to replace it.
