Thanks.
I was hoping reinstalling would bring back the option to change my system disk to NVME but no such luck.

Any idea what`s causing this screen to never get away?
I cannot change the network settings this way.
Where are the network settings stored?
Then i can edit the relevant files myself.

Fixed it myself, turns out that the NetworkManager service was not started anymore.
By using the following command it works again :
systemctl enable NetworkManager.service

Regarding the anomaly you mentioned, could you please collect a system report before shutting down your NAS for us to analyze?
(TOS Desktop > Technical Support > Report Issues)
You can send the share link via private message on the forum, LiveChat on our official website, or our technical support email.

I can do this, but the problem is already solved.
So there will be not much to investigate.
Also make sure that in the next update it`s not necessary to disable Virtualbox
(this is what keeps the update hanging..)

Would any be so kind to remind if I can switch TRAID to RAID1 on clear installation of 6.0.694 or re-setup of the system? I believe that I was able to choose nvme as a system target but raid level was locked (from previous TOS version).

6.0.688-thread: - Reply from OrionXie to Gremlin on upgrading from: 6.0.688:
Yes, your concern is correct; please do not upgrade directly from the 6.0.688 Beta version to the official version to avoid unknown issues.
However, you can reinstall the TOS system version 6.0.694.
?? Why you don't mention that under TargetUsers or as a warning ??

So that`s was the issue with my netwerk settings, i was also running the beta 6.0.688 before the update.
It`s fixed for now , but hopefully this will not occur anymore with future updates

Hi. Switching from TRAID to RAID1 is not supported. If you have the option to back up your data, you may consider rebuilding the storage pool.

How are you connecting to the device—locally or remotely? You can try restarting the remote TNAS Online service.
Local and remote.
Tried enable remote and I get popup saying this tnas id is already in use. Now it won't enable.
I setup a new TNAS ID and that didn't solve the issue either.
According to your description, please clarify the following points:
1.Are you also unable to log into the device via the TNAS mobile app within a LAN environment?
2.Is remote access currently functional? After changing the ID, are you still unable to activate it?
