I had the same issue with Plex not seeing the folder I had all my media in. Went to file manager, right clicked on the folder and then the drop down for 'user group'. Changed media to read/write. After that change I was able to add a media library into plex server.

My device is F4-220 and i have 3 HDDs on 3 data pools and 3 volumes. After TOS 5 installation, HDD1 on data pool 1 was set to be Volume 1, HDD2 on data pool 2 was set to be Volume 2, HDD3 on data pool 3 was set to be Volume 3. After restart i saw that the HDD 1 became Volume 3 and HDD 3 became Volume 1. What do i do wrong?
Please help!

I still haven't been able to install the TNAS PC update on my windows computer, the exact same problem as yourself. Have you had any luck? I tried everything they suggested
