She wants to know if 'Enable Notifications' works properly after being reactivated, and which notifications did not take effect according to you? Could you describe it? Of course, you can contact technical support via email at suppor(at)terra-master.com or through the Official Live Chat, providing them with a system report for analysis.

Not specifically this release, but does it make any sense to delete the hyper cache just before applying a new update? Then just re-create it after the new release is installed? I'm just testing something now, just did a reboot from the GUI and it's been 10min and the disk activity is still churning. Once the activity stops I'm going to delete the cache then reboot and see how long it takes for the disks to quiet down. I'm not thinking of doing this before every reboot, but at least before new releases.

Interesting after deleting the Hyper Cache then reboot, no extra disk activity. Then when the Cache is created, additional rebooting shows no extra disk activity. It seems (to me anyway) that the cache needs to be re-created just once after each software release update, if you want not to hear the disks chugging away after a reboot. This test was on my F4-223, didn't do this (yet) on my F2-223, so I might do the log capture before and after. Stay tuned.

Is there a location that 6.0.694 can be downloaded from? I'd like to install it again over the current install and see if it fixes anything.

upgrading to 6.0.694 has not fixed the issue of VPN setup via adding an ovpn file not working. has anyone else had any success adding VPN's lately?
tested on my old nas running tos 5 (can't upgrade that without factory resetting.) and VPN via ovpn file worked fine.

Thanks for the tip. I also deleted the HyperCase before installation and set it up again. After rebooting, the hard drives were also very active. The RAID05 process then ran for a few hours. It was annoying. Now the device can be set up for time control again.
