Three beeps usually indicate that the USB boot system has started successfully. Please search for the NAS using the TNAS PC app or access the NAS directly via 'tnas.local/'.

Here’s a concise, step-by-step guide:
Download the TOS USB Initboot image from the official source.
Insert your USB drive into the Windows PC.
Use a flashing tool like Rufus or BalenaEtcher.
Select the USB drive in the tool.
Choose the TOS Initboot image file.
Start the flash process and wait until it completes.
Safely eject the USB drive.

Can you please tell me if USB Initboot Image (TOS 6 uefi 120MB) is suitable for Terramaster F4-425 Plus?
Yes, this image file is also applicable to the F4-425 Plus.
Can I do this?
Code: Select all
TNAS-425-Plus:/Volume1/public# fdisk -l
Disk /dev/sda: 251.5 MiB, 263716864 bytes, 515072 sectors
Disk model: TerraMaster
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
TNAS-425-Plus:/Volume1/public# dd if=USB_Initboot_UEFI-229.img of=/dev/sda
245760+0 records in
245760+0 records out
125829120 bytes (126 MB, 120 MiB) copied, 34.5695 s, 3.6 MB/s
Should it help?
I did so and it didn't help, the TOS initialization does not load and the BIOS does not see the boot disk when there is no disk.
Please help me restore the loader on F4-425 Plus

I repeated everything again and this time I was able to download F4-425 Plus without disks. But now he doesn't see the network. Perhaps there is still no network driver for 5Gbe in this loader and I need another loader.
