Hi. I can 100% guarantee you it won't work I'm sorry to say. The key they provided did work on some files, however after going through it I found they left several different personal keys throughout the folders. I didn't notice the different personal keys until after I already paid and got back the decryption key for the one file I sent them. I tried the key they sent back on those other files with different personal keys in the folders but it didn't work. I've been emailing the thief requesting for additional decryption keys for the other personal keys I found since I already paid them, but have not got a response back yet. I've been emailing them for the past few months and have received nothing back, not even a "no pay me more money" response which is what I expected them to reply with, but I've got back absolutely nothing.

I'm holding onto the remaining encrypted files in hopes there's a fix one day, but I doubt there ever will be. It was a hard learned lesson. I've since reformatted my NAS and upgraded TOS to the latest 6.x version. There's an option within the new OS to block internet access now so that's nice, and enabled lol.

Ok thanks. if you did have it id be happy to try it in case they happen to use the same key somehow. But I have tested things only on unimportant files or copies of them so have the master files safe.

I noticed the keys different on my directories which I found odd as they would in theory be all the same keys this end and they the master private key to unlock it.

So annoyed, have some files there that are memories of someone who died which cant be replaced ever. which is why had them on a dual NAS in case of drive failure.
