Something stops your SMB service from normally starting during the system reboot, this moment I do not know what it could be. BUT it is going too far under this topic, please create a new thread for any issue not related to the current TOS update. Thanks!

Merely confirming 2 previous reports of SMB disabled after restart (and now a fourth!). I suspect it IS related to this update 5.1.41. The "something" appears to be your OS.

Yes it is. with other firmware i don't have this problem. only with this version

What features do you use? Domain, Scheduled Tasks, or anything else?

In my case I use a fairly basic setup. Repository for (SMB) backups (which obviously fail after shutdown/restart - hence my comment - and was not an issue prior to 5.1.41), FTP picture storage from multiple CCTV cameras and simple scheduled tasks to clean (using 'find') picture storage. Snapshot is installed, but only 'file system snapshot' is used. USB copy installed, but not active.

ps I would like to clarify. This (SMB disabled) only happens after a POWER OFF shutdown. It does not happen after a simple 'restart'. Trust that makes things clearer.

Just did a clean install of 5.1.41 into a F5-220 and it also reports: when running through SSH. Also, the bootloader is only version 1.0.2 on the unit; is that the newest one for it?
