Updated to the latest version 2 days ago all of sudden it keep crashing so I deleted the app and installed it again now I cant login again, keep getting connection lost, please login again.

Is it normal to access TOS via the web? Is the mobile phone used within or outside the LAN? Is "Force Redirect to HTTPS" enabled in Control Panel - Network?

iPhone used within LAN
Force redirected to https is not enabled.
It was fine 2 days ago (so setting on the server itself must be correct as it is unchanged) after I updated the app and was in the process of backing up my files/photos all of sudden it keep crashing hence I deleted and reinstalled the app and now I get the error and cant login using the Tnas mobile app.
I can access tnas using the tnas mobile 3 app installed on my dad’s android just the app on my iPhone is failing.

Also when I open the tnas mobile app on my iPhone Tnas was not detected automatically even though phone was on LAN
Try to add my tnas details manually and get the error

Is the cpu usage rate too high?
Try to reinstall TNAS Mobile 3 again. Its latest version is 3.0.13.

Please check that the network access permission of app is enabled. If it is enabled, you can try turning WiFi off and on again.

Both it didn't work on iOS and doesn't work on the local network.
