Do you have the latest version of the app installed?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
Please send us a screenshot of the error.

I've reinstalled the app and also reset the nas same error. I get to the end screen where it says 'create' but pressing does nothing

I've noticed it's not pulling a resolution or fps from the camera could that be the issue?

There may be compatibility issues when adapting to various types of cameras. We have not tested your camera model, we are not sure it can work with our app.
