Please check the size of your / directory on this page. If it's around 2GB, the upgrade is not supported. If it's around 8GB, please check if you have enough free space. Note that you have enabled secure isolation mode; please disable it and try again. If you have configured SSD caching, please delete the cache before upgrading.

THAT is the assigned operating system partition space. The only way (currently) is to BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA and then install a release version of TOS6 installation or a later version of TOS5 installation (.ins files) available from the main support download files. This will automatically REFORMAT YOUR DRIVES and assign the correct partition spaces for the Operating system.
{It may be helpful to backup system configuration and export user/group lists if you decide to re-instal TOS5 before updating to TOS6.}

Then restore your data.

Frankly, it is surprising that you could run 5.0.145 properly with reduced os partition space. There are plenty of details in the version release files.

According to the screenshot you provided, Security Isolation Mode​ is currently enabled on your TOS system. You need to disable this mode before proceeding with the system update.
